This allows you to track & trace your delivery and it is well tried & tested.

It depends on the item(s), the delivery address & what time you place your order. 

Free delivery across all of India

Domestic deliveries only, for now - we hope to add regions in the near future.  

Deliveries are made 9am-5pm

Also note that deliveries are only made on working days (between 9am and 5pm).

When you place the order, we will provide you with the estimated delivery date.​

What happens if my order can't be delivered?

If you were absent at the time of delivery, please contact us and we will verify with India Postal Service when they can next make an attempt to reach you.


Can I refuse to receive my order?

If you no longer wish to receive your purchase, please contact us.​


Can my order be delayed?

If we are unable to deliver your order by the estimated delivery date, we will send you an email with the new expected delivery date and your order details.

 

My order shows as delivered, but I haven't received it. What can I do?

If you haven't received your order, but it is recorded as delivered, please contact us and we will check with India Post.


Where do you ship?

At thecoloursofnature.com,  we would love to reach every destination, but to start with we only deliver in India. If there are any shipping restrictions on your Indian address we will let you know.
