Shipping Policy & Delivery Timelines

We normally dispatch any and all of the orders that we have received within 72 hours of receiving the order. We deliver the products throughout India and the world using the Indian Postal Service (registered post) and our logistic partners DHL and Blue Dart. Depending on the geographic location of the customer it should take about 5 to 21 working days to deliver the product to the customer door, after the first 72 hours have passed, though at times it is all happening faster,
Shipping times mentioned are approximate and cannot be guaranteed. Customers are recommended to place an order early on if they have a deadline to meet.
Free shipping within India – using the Indian Postal Service (registered post) – unless “paid for Express delivery” is selected by the customer, in which case charges as applicable shall either be there on the site or intimated to the customer if required, before shipping the order.
Delivery Time, normally: 9am-5pm (IST) during Business Days i.e., Monday to Friday only.
We appreciate our customers placing orders online during Public Holidays, and we make all the effort but cannot guarantee shipping or deliveries during holidays, but the same may delay delivery.
Express shipping charges would be additional and free shipping would not be applicable for Express shipping requests.
We request our customers to plan their shopping & delivery in advance to avoid delays, especially when holidays occur.
The following conditions are applicable for shipping International Orders.
Shipping charges are additional for international orders, as applicable, and shall differ from country to country and service providers as well as depending on the weight of the products to be shipped.
We will choose the most suitable reputed Shipping Service providers (Courier companies such as DHL and Blue Dart or whichever professional courier is most suited to the destination. We have special arrangements with a few reputed providers for giving the best shipping price to our esteemed customers.
International Shipping charges are at actual charges collected by the 3rd Party.
Express shipping charges would be additional and free shipping would not be applicable for express shipping requests.
Mandatory Requirements for shipping
Customers are responsible for providing Shipping details which should include Proper Name, address with City / State / Country, Postal code, Land Marks if any and also Telephone numbers with alternate numbers to ensure proper delivery.
The Colours of Nature will make all efforts to deliver your purchased items in the minimum time possible, but we will not be responsible for any Loss/damage due to natural calamities, accidents, nor for mistakes by the shipping services provider.
The Colours of Nature shall and cannot be liable for any damages/loss due to lack of proper shipping information.
At the time of delivery, if you are not available to receive the parcel, the courier company would get in touch with you to arrange for re-delivery or you can pick it up from their office location. In case if you have provided the office address, due to security reasons products might get delivered at the security desk itself, so please make sure you (are aware of this) & check with the security desk.
We do not take responsibility for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
For international deliveries, please note that the courier company would bill any kind of customs or duties as applicable for the ordered items separately to the customer at the time of delivery which will depend on the rules and regulations of the country. The duties and taxes are not included in the price of the product. Please note that duties and taxes, if any, are to be borne by the customer alone.
