SHIPPING POLICY & DELIVERY TIMELINES

In short

  • We normally dispatch any order that we receive within 72 hours of receiving it.
  • We use the Indian Speed Post (Track & Trace).
  • Depending on your geographic location it should take 2 to 5 working days for the parcel to reach you, after the first 72 hours have passed.
  • Shipping times mentioned are approximate and cannot be guaranteed.
  • Customers are recommended to place an order early on if they have a deadline to meet.

Delivery days & times

Normally: 9am-5pm (IST), Monday to Friday.

Public holidays

We appreciate you placing orders online during public holidays, and we make all the effort but cannot guarantee shipping or deliveries during holidays. Rather, the same may delay delivery.

We request our customers to plan their shopping & delivery in advance to avoid delays, especially when holidays occur.

Mandatory shipping information

To ensure proper delivery, customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including:

  • Proper name
  • Address including city, state, post code and landmarks, if any
  • Telephone numbers, including an alternate number

The Colours of Nature shall not and cannot be liable for any damages/loss due to lack of proper shipping information.
 

At the time of delivery

If you are not available to receive the parcel, the Indian Post will get in touch with you to arrange for re-delivery, or you can pick the parcel up from their office location.

In case you have provided the office address, due to security reasons, products might be delivered to the security desk of the company only; please make sure to check in that case.

We do not take responsibility for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the Indian Post in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

Natural calamities and such

The Colours of Nature will make all the effort to deliver your purchased items in the minimum amount of time possible, but will not be responsible for any delay, loss or damage due to natural calamities, accidents, nor for mistakes by the shipping services provider.
